This was a fun project that received positive reviews for its practical effects. According to Kate Sánchez from But Why Tho, “…the choice to use practical throughout helps create an immersive experience for the viewer and ultimately makes Clemons’ action scenes all the more intense.”
The Action Horizons stunt team in Singapore performed all the stunts in the Sweetheart Movie. The project was previsualized at the Action Horizons headquarters in Burbank, CA by the Los Angeles stunt team.
The project was shot in lovely Fiji over a 12 week period. Kudos to the film makers for all the positive reviews they’ve received over the past few months. According to Brendan Foley from CINAPSE, “Sweetheart is special. I know you’ll agree, but after you find out how right I am (and I am) you need to take the next step and spread the word as well. These are the kind of special little films that only exist because folks get loud.”
As an added reason for making this movie a must see, it earned a 94% on Rotten Tomatoes’ TOMATOMETER. If you’d like to experience what all the fuss is about and the unique practical effects that Action Horizons created with the filmmakers, then you’re in luck. Sweetheart the movie is now available on Netflix.

Congrats to the crew who coordinated and brought together the Action Horizons stunt team that provided all action for the Prey Movie from Blumhouse Productions and Hyde Park Entertainment. This horror-thriller from director Franck Khalfoun (Amityville: The Awakening). The action packed movie follows Toby (Logan Miller) who’s in survival mode in a small island fighting to stay alive.
For three days and three nights Toby must fight a force that is leaving dead bodies everywhere. It’s a thrilling ride to the end. Prey is now available on Amazon Prime Video.

Westworld season 3 is back bigger and more expansive in terms of location and themes. It’s now reached Singapore as one of it’s locations. Fortuitously, the Action Horizons Singapore team of stunt performers was ready to take on the task. Ken Clark was at the helm, coordinating the stunts with several people from the Singapore team.
